Here is a non-exhaustive list of the most common questions were are being asked:

How can we book you?

You can use our online booking system for a chat to discuss the services we offer (up to 30-minute free-of-charge call) or to secure a 30-minute online advice time slot by clicking here. Alternatively, you can email us here.

What happens as soon as you are booked?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment, including the date, time and your preferred method of contact (call, video meeting or email). We will send you a link by email so that you can send in advance all relevant information we feel may benefit our meeting.

What time slots are there to book?

Starting September 2024 - can book an up-to 30-minute time slot with our booking system. If you feel you need more time for your meeting, then please contact us to discuss more tailored options.

How quickly can we get in contact with you?

We aim at replying to every email within the same day when sent between 8 am and 4 pm (cet) and overnight otherwise.

 

Can we discuss follow-ups with you?

Of course!

How can we learn from our experience if we do not have follow-ups?

Every case discussion includes unlimited follow-ups by email. This is subject to a fair usage policy, like your broadband usage!

 

What information needs to be provided before the meeting?

You can send us all documents and files you feel are relevant before the meetings. They often include the following:

case summary form with all the relevant information about the case we may need. This will help you and us organise the information more easily.

The DICOM images of the relevant imaging studies that have been performed for this case. We will share with you a link by email to upload this material.

A list of specific questions you want to answer about the case. Examples are included in the case summary form for you.

Do you review MRIs or CTs for us?

We will review all sorts of imaging modalities with you to help you make the best decision possible for your patient. However, we are not a teleradiology reporting service. We want to discuss our reasoning with you and get your side of the story as we brainstorm together.

How do we agree on individual packages?

This is discussed between you and us. We tailor the packages to your needs. We want you to be in charge of your time and get the support you need.

What educational services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of training options for you. On-site or remotely. This includes electrodiagnostic training, surgical techniques, residents training (neuroanatomy, neuro-ophthalmology) and more.
